The objective of TLF is to help change as many lives as possible through balanced diet and proper exercise. As consumers we are force fed diet fads and "quick weight loss diets" and most do not deliver long term, sustainable results. The world of fitness and health is filled with a lot of amazing people and information but sadly, there are just as many if not more misinformation and people pushing products and "magic pills" that don't work.

Genetics and environment play big roles in shaping a person but in many cases proper diet and exercise can help combat, alleviate, prevent, and even eliminate disease. We are told to "take a pill" to get rid of minor problems that actually have easy fixes like simple diet changes. One of the goals of TLF is to help teach people that through diet change and exercise they can almost entirely improve their health; that you are not limited to what your genetics have given you. Let's overcome these obstacles together by developing a plan and put in the work to get the results you seek. 

The thing that most "diets" seem to miss is in fact the most important piece; sustainability. Fad diets may help you lose weight quickly but that weight will return quicker than you lost it because the diet did not help you create a sustainable way of eating.
