Welcome and Congratulations on Starting Your Journey with Thriving Lives Fitness. With this being the 4th New Years Revolution, I am confident that with the improvements made over the past few years that this program will be the best yet! I am so glad you decided to make the change with me to start 2020 right. With this program, MY GOAL is to teach you about your own body, how to manipulate food in order to manipulate your metabolism/weight/look, and ultimately to help you create a sustainable, balanced and healthy lifestyle.

What You NEED TO UNDERSTAND ABOUT the TLF NYR PROGRAM:

  • Your Results during these first 8 weeks will vary from client to client, do not compare yourself to others

  • Your Results during these first 8 weeks will depend on where your current food intake and metabolism are at prior to starting your program (if you are wanting to lose 20lbs but are currently eating 1200 calories you will not lose 20lbs - we will need to amplify your metabolism by eating more)

  • For MOST clients I will not start a “cut” with you - regardless of your goal, the first 4-8 weeks of EVERY CLIENT’S PROGRAM we will work to AMPLIFY your metabolism by gradually increasing food intake - this is called a REVERSE DIET

  • These lifestyle changes take time, require consistency and patience

  • Trust what the programs I create for you and what I tell you to do

  • If you don’t do the work, if you don’t follow the plan, do not expect to see results

  • Communication is VITAL!! Many times when a client has a down week in terms of diet/workouts they tend to avoid checking in. Communication in any relationship is 100% needed - so good or bad, tell me how things are going, tell me where you are struggling, tell me when you feel you are “failing”

  • This is not a quick fix that you can start and stop - it’s an ever-evolving, lifelong LIFESTYLE CHANGE

What You Should NOT Expect from Your TLF NYR Program:

  • This is NOT a CRASH DIET/Fad Diet 

  • The Goal is NOT to lose 30lbs in 8 weeks (some may)

  • This is NOT a one and done program - if you go back to your “normal” routines, “normal” lifestyle, “normal” diet you will NOT maintain your results, you will NOT continue making progress

 

Details of NYR:

  • 8 Week Program - Starts WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 1st and Ends WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 26th.

  • Individualized Diet Plan (with the custom meal planner you pick the foods on your diet plan)

  • Custom Workout Plan (workout program for at home or a gym - based off your questionnaire answers, current fitness level, goals, needs, etc.)

  • Facebook Support Group!!

  • Weekly Check Ins and Meal Plan Adjustments (as needed)

  • Discount on Future TLF Programs

  • Text/email me at any time and I will respond as soon as possible. (within 24 hrs)

  • Enrollment Ends Friday, December 27th

  • Programs will be sent out by December 30th
